Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Lanorx. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both users and our business. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our practices regarding refunds and subscription cancellations.

A. Refund Policy

Withdrawal Period

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment for a paid plan (PRO or ENTERPRISE). If you request a refund within this period, we will issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at grw05428@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address (the email you used to register with Lanorx)
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your subscription plan (PRO or ENTERPRISE)
  • The date of purchase

We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. We aim to process all legitimate refund requests quickly and fairly.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued through Paddle to the original payment method you used during purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We have no control over this processing time, as it depends on your financial institution.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • If you have actively used the service beyond the Free plan limits (e.g., created and published landing pages, collected emails beyond 100 per month, used custom domains or advanced features).
  • If the refund request is made after the 14-day withdrawal period from your initial purchase.
  • For subscription renewals after the initial subscription period. If you don't want to be charged for the next period, you should cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • If there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds, or violating our Terms of Service).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the policy is being abused or if the request doesn't meet our refund criteria.

B. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are two ways to do this:

  1. Through Your Account Settings: Log in to Lanorx, go to Settings → Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription". Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
  2. Via Email: Send an email to grw05428@gmail.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. Include your account email address and confirm that you want to cancel.

Cancellation is effective immediately in terms of stopping future charges, but your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period (see below).

What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will not be charged for any future billing periods. Your subscription will not auto-renew.
  • You will retain full access to all paid features (custom domains, advanced analytics, increased limits, etc.) until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your landing pages will remain published and active until the billing period ends.
  • All your data (projects, collected emails, analytics) will be preserved until your billing period ends.
  • After your billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the FREE plan, which has the following limits:
    • 1 project maximum
    • 100 email submissions per month
    • No custom domains or subdomains
    • Basic analytics only

If you have more than 1 project or have used features exclusive to paid plans, those projects and features will be disabled (but not deleted) when you revert to the FREE plan. You can re-enable them by upgrading again at any time.

Downgrading vs. Cancellation

  • Downgrade: If you want to switch to a lower-tier plan (e.g., from ENTERPRISE to PRO, or from PRO to FREE) without canceling entirely, you can do so in your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for unused time when downgrading.
  • Cancellation: Canceling means you stop all paid subscriptions and revert to the FREE plan at the end of your billing period. This is the same as downgrading to FREE.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

C. No Partial Refunds for Early Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining unused time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

For example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you will still have access to paid features until January 31st (end of the billing period), but you will not be refunded for the time between January 15th and January 31st.

The only exception is our 14-day refund policy described above, which allows a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
